El Centro Cleanup and Restoration

Everything went smooth and fast. They worked with our insurance directly for the estimates. They finished an entire day and a couple hours earlier than they expected which is great because now we can get started on other repairs than much sooner. Thank you Servpro for your excellent customer service.

Servpro was very professional and personable. Always available to answer questions and always on time in their service. They cleaned up my house after a neighborhood fire affected my house and I’m grateful that they competed all their work in a timely manner. Shout out to Richard, Adrianna, and Blanca and the rest of the crew for their friendly service in every respect. I’d highly recommend Servpro for all your home and disaster clean-up needs!

We had our downstairs bathroom flood in May over a holiday weekend and Serv Pro was quick to respond and send their crews to cleanup and get our walls dried. Each crew that came in for each stage of work was quick, efficient and communicated with us throughout every step. Technicians were kind and respectful, their supervisors that checked in on their work were knowledgeable of next steps. A manager then did regular walk throughs during each stage of the clean out, pack up and removal of walls. The owner also stopped in to check on his crews and review the work. We felt completely safe with their decisions and their office admins handled everything with our insurance company. So thankful for ServPro El Centro and that we were able to rely on them during a time that could have been very stressful.

My second experience with a restoration company and it was much better than the competitor.
