5 Stars – Outstanding Service! We recently had a major kitchen flood, and I can’t say enough great things about the team at Servpro. From the moment we called, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. They arrived quickly, assessed the damage thoroughly, and got to work right away with drying, cleaning, and restoring the area. The technicians were courteous and took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped put our minds at ease. I want to thank Servpro of East Riverside for their help in inspecting my home when I found mold. They were able to perform a complete inspection of my kitchen, using a moisture detection instrument and moved bottom panel of my dishwasher to check the walls behind it. He suggested repairing the plumbing problem first to find the cause of the moisture and mold! I’m so grateful, as I didn’t know what I should do when I saw the mold while doing home upgrades! Tom was very kind and walked me through the steps I needed to take. Thank you Servpro!

Here in Southern California we’ve had a lot of rain this year and it looks like our roof is really taken a beaten this last storm. It was a weekend morning i went into a room that I usually don’t use. We are empty nesters. Something caught my eye, I looked up and it looked to me like my walls were melting. It was the water from the rain under the paint. I called my insurance company the next day and they hooked me up with ServePro. The next day a young man can out to do an assessment of the property. A couple days later after the rain Johnny and Jesse came to do the hard work of removing my floors my walls that had water damage. They set up fans to dry out my walls and floors. There was so much water damage during the demo days of taking the wall and floors to the trash it got a little messy. These guys were so professional they cleaned up at the end of each day. There was literally a man with a mop, cleaning up a mess from their shoes that led outside. They mopped their way out as they left. Even on the last day when they picked up their equipment they again mopped their way out. I hope in the future, I never have this type of problem again, but I would highly recommend this company to anyone who might be in the same situation that we were. 10/10

I can’t thank Tom enough for all his help. I had a suspicion that I had mold in my rental unit. The owner wasn’t willing to pay. I hired Tom to do my inspection. Best decision I’ve made. He found mold unfortunately but now I can terminate my lease. Thank you Tom for helping me. Now I can move somewhere else and not worry about my health. Thank you 🙏
