What our
McIntosh customers are saying

I came home two weeks ago to water on my floor. Even though it was Labor Day Weekend, Serv Pro came out to my house on Saturday. They came out multiple times to find the leak causing minimal damage to the house in the process. They did a great job!

Elizabeth Mitchell

Quick response, and explained all the steps along the way!

Update: I eventually heard from Kim at Servpro. She apologized for the initial failed responses. She promptly came out and inspected my issue and provided a quote that I felt was fair. A couple weeks later her crew came out and performed the work to my satisfaction. They were careful to cover and protect our furniture. Updating them to 5 stars for getting the job done well. Original: I have called twice over the last several weeks about getting some remediation work at my cabin. Both times the receptionist assures me a representative will call back but they do not.

Unfortunately our Condominium HOA was severely impacted by Hurricane Ian. The 24 lower units ended up with 4 feet of water in them. The storm was on Wednesday, we contacted ServPro Friday and they were on site Saturday. The team led by Lee Knowles & Travis Boyd from Alabama were quick to explain their process and how they would be able to mitigate the risks from mold. They were able to quickly scale the size of their team to a point where they had a rolling system across our 6 buildings - emptying contents, cutting drywall, cleaning floors and finally drying out the units. We are in a community of single family homes and Condo's - Our 6 buildings were the first to be totally stripped out cleaned up and all debris removed from site. Lee & Travis were awesome to work with - truly professional and ethical in their approach - this included stopping work while they obtained an asbestos certificate that ensured their workers were in a safe environment. Although these were very stressful times for our owners ServPro was on site a minimum of 10 hours a day seven days a week until the job was complete. Although they are not the cheapest option they are the epitome of "You get what you pay for"

I cannot recommend SERVPRO of Monroeville/Evergreen/Brewton enough! My grandfather passed away from COVID back in December. I did not want enter the house until I knew for sure it was COVID free. I needed to get in the house to pick up a suit and other important items for the funeral home ASAP. I called SERVPRO, and they were out there the next day to sanitize and clean the house. The products they used were safe. Nothing was damaged, even some special paper and pictures that were around the home. I was able to enter the house shortly after it was cleaned. Tyler with SERVPRO was very responsive and super kind to my family and I during a very difficult time. I highly recommend this business for any of your clean up and restoration needs.
