National Account Participation Agreement

Local SERVPRO professionals must agree to 21 different requirements to receive insurance client referrals from 1-833-884-2952. These requirements include background checks on employees, which must be maintained continually to help ensure clients get the best possible service providers performing work.

Servpro Industries, Inc. has been redefining the mitigation and restoration industries for more than 50 years. To ensure our commitment to excellence at all of our locations, we have on-going training at both the regional and national level. We opened our National Training Center in 1992 to teach restoration and mitigation skills to SERVPRO professionals and insurance industry employees.

Employee Certification Training

A self-paced program designed for local SERVPRO employees covering crew training, fire and water restoration, and carpet and upholstery cleaning. Certification is awarded after successful completion of course materials and an examination.

New Franchise Training

A 15-day in-house, hands-on training program at our corporate training facility. This is designed primarily for new franchise owners but also is a valuable course for franchise employees.

e-Learning

A web-based program designed to be an ongoing self-paced training program. Video presentations and support materials are followed by a knowledge test at the end of each module.

IICRC Training Program

SERVPRO is an approved IICRC Training School that offers year-round classes in multiple industry-related topics, including fire and water restoration and Applied Structural Drying (in our purpose-built ASD facility).

Continuing Education

We offer both credit and noncredit courses for insurance agents, insurance adjusters, real estate professionals and local SERVPRO professionals. Courses are designed to improve knowledge of emergency mitigation.
