    1: Initial Call

    A SERVPRO Franchise Expansion Representative will contact you to schedule a phone call to address your initial questions and gather information about you and your interest in our company.

    2: Apply For A Franchise License

    You will complete and submit a Request for Consideration (RFC) form and supply additional information as needed for our confidential review.

    3: Candidate Survey

    You’ll be provided with a link to our Franchise Candidate Survey, a comprehensive and confidential behavioral assessment that helps us get to know you better.

    4: Discovery & Due Diligence

    Your Franchise Expansion Representative will answer any remaining questions. You can speak with current SERVPRO franchisees, as well as attend our “Meet the Team Day” at headquarters.

    5: Franchise Disclosure Document

    This is a required step where you can review the FDD, describing the franchise opportunity in detail, before speaking with your Franchise Expansion Representative.

    6: Franchise Review Board Approval

    The SERVPRO Executive Team reviews your individual file and may also explore financing through SERVPRO.

    7: Execution of Franchise Agreement for the Purchase of a Franchise

    Once all parties agree to move forward, franchise paperwork is sent, the acquisition is finalized and you prepare for SERVPRO’s New Franchise Training Program.
