After normal working hours and within 15 minutes of my initial call, Lenny had dispatched a crew to my house to clean up water damage from a broken pipe in my upstairs laundry room. Kevin and TJ were on site within the hour and were very professional and informative on what they had to do to start the restoration process. The paperwork was an easy 5 minutes on an iPad and they got to work. Great experience.
More important than the actual clean up was the way in which Kevin and the SERVPRO crew on site conducted themselves. They were professional, respectful and sensitive to the sentimental value of the contents that were damaged.

John has been in the restoration business for over 10 years, beginning with his first franchise in Monmouth Country which he has had since 2008. Personally and through SERVPRO, John proudly supports local organizations and gets involved with his community, from sponsoring youth sports and local fire/police outings, getting involved in local chambers of commerce to volunteering and giving back for local charities.
