Kevin and his team were so helpful and professional. We had a small flood in our basement, and Kevin came right out during a snowstorm to assess the situation for us and begin the drying process. Had my hot water heater break and flooded my 1st floor of the house. Within 24 hours, Jason Raymond and Ali Medina knocked on my door and started the process of getting rid of anything that got wet and spraying areas that needed to be cautiously checked for mold. Jason and Ali went step by step with me of everything they were doing and I couldn't be more satisfied with everything that SERVPRO has done especially Jason and Ali. Everything was explained in detail as to why or how things needed to be done. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.
After normal working hours and within 15 minutes of my initial call, Lenny had dispatched a crew to my house to clean up water damage from a broken pipe in my upstairs laundry room. Kevin and TJ were on site within the hour and were very professional and informative on what they had to do to start the restoration process.
