Living on Kent Island, wet crawlspaces seem to be a way of life for us. When our sump pump failed and flooded our crawlspace, Tim Hooper and the SERVPRO of Queen Anne's guys were here immediately. They quickly mitigated the water and commenced drying out the area before mold could grow. Unfortunately, my duct work and hvac were under there, but Tim, Christian, Luke and Brandon were able to get all of the insulation and ducts cleaned out and dried. My crawlspace is actually in better shape now than it was before the flood. It is good to know that we have someone to rely on when disaster finds its way to our home. I highly recommend using this professional, courteous and friendly team. And we truly appreciated their "bedside manner" of breaking things to us gently as the problems revealed themselves. The SERVPRO of QA team of Tim, Christian, Brandon and Luke were extremely thorough in mitigating all or my water damage. They addressed every single aspect of my property damage Tim made sure that my family's needs were taken care of in every way, whether he was doing the work or not. Be it the painting, the drywall, the plumbing or the cabinetry. He made sure afterwards everything was in order and better than the way he found it. This mini disaster turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our house looks better than it did before. Tim and the SERVPRO team did more than just clean up, they guided us every step of the way to making our house whole again, and for that, my family can't thank the SERVPRO of QA guys enough. The team has great leadership, and Tim is lucky to have such a dedicated crew with him.

Tim Hooper and the Eastern Shore SERVPRO crew are amazing! We discovered a “hidden” leak behind the wall where our fridge connects to the water line which had been causing damage for a long time (unknown to us). Tim and his crew were super supportive, friendly, responded quickly and communicated everything they found as they came upon it. Tim was wonderful from the start giving advice and explaining the process. Would definitely recommend these guys for any of your damage mitigation and remediation needs!

During August of last year my boat, that is docked in Rock Hall, had a fire in the main salon galley area. I called SERVPRO for the clean up. Tim Hooper and his team did an outstanding job with the cleaning and odor removal caused by the fire, soot and smoke. Tim worked closely with me and my insurance company, and kept everyone informed of the progress along the way. Working on a boat is not an easy process. He and his team had to remove all the covered panels, drapery, TV's, refrigerator,wine cooler etc, to be cleaned off site. He cleaned everything that was cleanable. Much had to be replaced due to soot and fire damage.

I would highly recommend using Tim again {hopefully never} if ever required. He runs a first class operation and deserves FIVE STARS. My boat is not yet 100% complete but it's well on it's way.
