Tim and his crew were great to work with for remediating our flooded crawlspace....friendly, thorough, very professional. They cleaned out lots of iron dust when the large area finally dried out; helped identify new minor leaks with pictures of their location; left the site put back together again. Throughout my marketing travels when prospecting new clients, if they told me they used SERVPRO of, I would thank them for their honesty and for keeping it GREEN. This past weekend my niece who lives 2 hours away from me suffered a house fire. When I arrived, it was clear she would need her home boarded up and secure. At SERVPRO we always do what is best for our clients. I could have called my franchise owner to deploy our team to provide the emergency services. Instead, I reached out to one of the local SERVPRO’s in her small town. Not only did this franchise owner answer the afterhours emergency call himself, he came out and secured her home the next morning by himself. He knew his team already had a heavy schedule, but he wanted to help. This is something you do not see often from any Company Owner. This selfless act of kindness truly showed his true colors. During August of last year my boat, that is docked in Rock Hall, had a fire in the main salon galley area. I called SERVPRO for the clean up. Tim Hooper and his team did an outstanding job with the cleaning and odor removal caused by the fire, soot and smoke. Tim worked closely with me and my insurance company, and kept everyone informed of the progress along the way. Working on a boat is not an easy process. He and his team had to remove all the covered panels, drapery, TV's, refrigerator,wine cooler etc, to be cleaned off site. He cleaned everything that was cleanable. Much had to be replaced due to soot and fire damage. I would highly recommend using Tim again {hopefully never} if ever required. He runs a first class operation and deserves FIVE STARS. My boat is not yet 100% complete but it's well on it's way.

The sump pump in my basement failed and the basement flooded. Tim Hooper at Servpro was expeditious in his response to my problem and providing solution options. He and his crew did exactly what they told me they would do with great attention to detail. I found Tim to be very honest and reliable.
