Kyle Roach is SERVPRO of Tyler's Reconstruction Manager. He comes to us with over 5 years experience in construction management and prior to that 3 years in Insurance Adjusting.

Matt Pearson is a SERVPRO Marketing Representative for SERVPRO of Tyler. Matt has been with our SERVPRO family since November of 2015 and his favorite part of work is the opportunity to help people.

Matt's hometown is Copperas Cove, TX but currently resides in Whitehouse, TX with his wife Gina, their two daughters Abigail and Lillian and their 3 cats Callie, Chloe, and Chester.

Matt's favorites include Football, Mexican Food, the color blue and the summer season.

If Matt could meet one person dead or alive it would be Jesus Christ.

He holds the following certification from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician.

Rachelle is a Commercial Sales and Marketing Rep for SERVPRO of Tyler. She has over 25 years of experience in the commercial & residential construction industry, she holds the following certification from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician.

Ben Kelley is a Senior Equipment Specialist Technician, for SERVPRO of Tyler. Ben has been with the SERVPRO family since June of 2015 and has 10 years of industry experience in his tool belt.

When asked what Ben loves most about his work at SERVPRO he answered, " I find that there is something new to learn everyday. Professional restorers have to wear many different hats so we constantly have chances to learn about all sorts of related industries."

Ben currently lives in Tyler with an impressive collection of Neon Tetras and Painted Platties in his fish aquarium but his home town is St. Louis, MO. His hobbies include hiking, board games and aquascaping.

Ben's favorites include the soccer, the Japanese dish Okonomiyaki, the color green and the season of summer.

If he could meet anyone dead or alive he would like to sit down with Dr. Hugo Eckener.

He holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician and Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician. Ben is also Esporta certified.

Herbert McMiller is a Crew Chief for SERVPRO of Tyler. Herbert lives in Tyler, TX with his wife Stehanie and their three girls Ty, Dashia and Kayla and their dogs K-9, Roxy and Saint. His favorite hobbies are attending car shows and watching football. Herbert has been with the SERVPRO family January of 2018 and comes to us with over Herbert has 11 years of experience in the restoration industry.

Dillian Melton is a Crew Chief for SERVPRO of Tyler. He holds the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician.

Brandon Pearl is a Crew Chief for SERVPRO of Tyler.

One of Brandon's favorite things about working at SERVPRO is the opportunity to meet new people everyday.

Brandon's home town is Trinidad, TX but currently resides in Tyler TX. In his free time you can find Brandon spending time with his son, Brayden. He loves to fish and is a self proclaimed "sports freak". When it comes to food he doesn't discriminate very often. He likes anything that tastes good and he thinks a lot of things taste good.

Brandon's favorite color is blue and enjoys the Winter season the most.

Lilian Lizalde is a Fire Technician for SERVPRO of Tyler. Lilian has been with our SERVPRO family since January of 2013 and her favorite thing about working for SERVPRO is the opportunity to help people when they have emergency's.

Lillian currently resides in Tyler, TX with her husband Luis, her children Chano, Luis and Kevin and her pet Roko.

Lillian loves going to church and her favorites include Basketball, Seafood, the color white and the spring season.

Lourdes "Lulu" Ortega is a Fire Technician for SERVPRO of Tyler. She has been with the SERVPRO family since April of 2011 with an additional 5 years of experience before she joined the big green cleaning team. Lulu currently lives in Tyler, TX with her husband Horacio, two children, Jacinto and Isaac, Bentley the family Pitt-Bull and Chico her Bull Terrier. Lulu loves to spend time at church and her favorites include oatmeal, the color pink and the summer season.

Her favorite part of working for SERVPRO is seeing the reaction of the customer when their house and property is back in order after a loss.

Jose is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Tyler. Jose has been with SERVPRO for 10 years. He holds the following certification from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Restoration Technician.

Jimmy is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Tyler. Jimmy has been with SERVPRO for 1.5 years.

Jarrod is our Operations Director here at SERVPRO of Tyler. He is WRT Certified, and a crucial part of our production team.

Christian is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Tyler. He is WRT Certified and works hard every day to be Faster to any size Disaster.

Austin is a Fire Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Tyler. He is WRT and FSRT Certified. He responds to homes and businesses after fire loss to restore them back to preloss conditions.

Taylor is a Project Manager and Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Tyler. He helps make customers homes and businesses "Like it never even happened," after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. Taylor is WRT Certified.

Linda is a Customer Service Representative here at SERVPRO of Tyler. She makes sure each and every customer has a great experience with our team!

Mekenzie is our Customer Service Representative/Reconstruction Admin here at SERVPRO of Tyler. She is knowledgeable and reassuring!
