I cannot say enough good things about Wesley and the team at SERVPRO! We had an issue where food was accidentally burned in our oven, and the smoke smell ended up traveling through our HVAC system and into seemingly every corner of our house, including our closets and our kids’ bedrooms. After nearly a week of cleaning, washing, airing everything out, and trying everything we could think of, the smell was still lingering. I reached out to Wesley, and he was at our house that SAME DAY with air scrubbers and a plan. He walked us through what was happening, gave us great advice on what we could do ourselves, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us get our home back to normal. Within 48 hours, the difference was incredible. After everything we had tried all week, it was such a relief to finally walk into our house and notice a significant improvement. I am incredibly grateful for Wesley’s quick response, knowledge, professionalism, and kindness. When something happens in your home, having someone respond quickly and actually know how to help makes all the difference. My experience was excellent with ServPro from Wilmington North Carolina in New Hanover County. Mr. Dominic Donato showed up immediately and estimated damages with pics and video, the whole process was amazing and I loved the professional approach and the support! The pipe busted and caused water in 3 living spaces and crawlspace and walls! Scary experience but all questions were answered! I was able to contact Amy at ServPro and she acted by contacting my insurance company to continue the process! The insurance was able to get all the information from Mr. Donato and Amy that was needed to proceed with my claim without delay! This ServPro Company is on the ball! I recommend ServPro.
