As we’re closing out the New Year, I wanted to take a second and thank you for building an organization that is dedicated to quality and takes the delivery of customer service to a level unfathomable. I’m approaching the one year mark of working with SERVPRO of New Hanover– I had a disaster fall into my lap and I had never dealt with something on that scale before. I had no idea who to call or how one comes back from a meltdown like that. Your team, who clearly works very hard, made the project look effortless. When the Hurricane came through, I felt more empowered over a disaster because I knew I could call on a company that specializes in such work. When I was making my way back from evacuating, all the roads in and out of Wilmington were a gamble – roads were washing out and flooding so fast that the Google maps couldn’t keep up. We made it home that day because we followed a SERVPRO tractor-trailer into town – I can’t imagine a better way of being reminded who you can rely on when all hell breaks loose. I would like to let you know, as the owner, how much I appreciate your crew. Wes’ diligent presence in my office is how I knew who to call; I know that when I call Wes, things progress in the best possible way. Jaclyn, Susan, and Christina are delights to speak with on the phone. Tommy Snead, as a project manager, has a work ethic that I admire – if he ever teaches a class on how to manage anything, I will be the first to enroll. I wish I would have kept track of the names of the individual technicians who worked on my projects, they are consistently friendly and knowledgeable. Mr. Davis, all of those folks are an asset to your business. I hope you all have a Happy New Year, I hope that New Year brings more success than you all are prepared for.
