Meet Our Team

Production Manager - He has been with us since 2011. Rich is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, and ASD, Applied Structural Drying. His strong experience with Water, Fire, and Mold jobs sets the tone for all our technicians. Rich is responsible for the scheduling of many jobs and always focuses on customer satisfaction.

Production Manager- Amy is from North Carolina. She has been in the restoration industry for over 5 years and is WRT, ASD, AMRT, HST certified. She enjoys art, fishing, and going to the beach in her spare time.

Restoration Manager - He has over 18 years of experience in our industry and has been with us since 2013. Tommy is a Licensed Adjuster, the liaison with the many insurance companies we deal with for cleanup and repairs. He is IICRC water and ASD certified. Tommy is also certified in Lead-based paint activities and renovations--RRRP.

Project Manager - Zak has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has been with us since 2020. Zak strives to get his customer's homes back to preloss condition as quickly as possible.

Contents/Cleaning Manager - She is IICRC Water, and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (SRT) certified. Adraine possesses the knowledge-based ECTP background, has been a team player since 2013, and works well with her crews.

Crew Chief - He is IICRC Water certified and leaves the job site clean and dry. Kevin has also completed our Employee Certification Training Program, ECTP. He has been a SERVPRO team member since 2016.

Crew Chief- Tim has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Tim has been with SERVPRO since 2020.

Crew Chief- Zach's strong drive and attention to detail makes him a valued team member. He has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations. Zach has been with SERVPRO since 2020.

Assistant Production Manager- Johnathan recently moved to NC from PA. Johnathan has been in the restoration industry for a little over 3 years. He enjoys the outdoors, surfing, skateboarding, and fishing in his spare time.

Office Manager - She has been with us since 2012 and keeps the office humming at a perfect pitch. Susan is strong and attentive to the needs of our customers and clients. She is well versed in two SERVPRO Corporate Proprietary software programs the Xactimate 27.5 and the Xactimate 28. Susan sets the tone for the communication between office staff, the sales force, and the production personnel.

Job File Coordinator- Kelly Lake has been a part of the team since January of 2019 and has 6 years of SERVPRO experience. Her duties are being the liaison between mitigation and repairs and being the in-office point of contact for our customers throughout the Repair portion of the job. Kelly's favorite part of her job is helping the clients through the process."

Sales and Marketing Manager - He is a North Carolina native and has been a key figure in our sales force since 2014. Wesley shines at superior customer service, and he excels in working with insurance claims and reaching out to community organizations to broaden our footprint. Call Wesley for any water, fire, or mold issues you may encounter.

Sales and Marketing Representative & Estimator. He applies his IICRC water certification in his contacts with the public. Trey has been with SERVPRO from January of 2017. He has great customer service skills. Trey also is an estimator who greatly aids in preparing costs and documentations. We are glad to have him onboard.

Technician- Kevin is from Texas; currently living in Wilmington. Kevin is fairly new to the restoration industry but has lots of experience in repairs and maintenance in different industries. He enjoys skateboarding, hiking, fishing, & traveling in his free time. We are excited to have him on our SERVPRO team.

HR Manager- Sarai is from Harkers Island, NC; currently living in Wilmington, NC. She enjoys tennis, baking, and hiking in her free time. Sarai is new to the restoration industry but has years of accounting experience.

Project Manager- Eric is from Warren, PA; currently living in Leland. Eric has been in the construction industry for 15 years. He enjoys woodworking, hiking, and playing sports with his boys in his free time.

Estimator - Ricky is a North Carolina native with a strong background as an insurance adjuster, having worked in the role for the past two years. He brings a detail-oriented approach to his estimating work. In his free time, Ricky enjoys golfing, woodworking, and spending time with his family.

Accounts Receivable - Savannah has been working in various administrative positions and is eager to join our team. She enjoys playing with her dogs and spending time with family in her free time.

Sales and Marketing Representative - Marlee is an NC native and enjoys going to the beach or walking her dog. She is passionate about building connections and loves to stay active
