About Us
Randy Miller started his first Michigan SERVPRO® location in 1996 in Genesee County and expanded into Saginaw in 1997. Since then, Randy has grown, acquired, and sold multiple territories. SERVPRO Team Miller is proud to hold service locations throughout the states of Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Florida.
SERVPRO Team Miller has been ranked in the top 10 for the past 20+ years, including top producer twice. As one of SERVPRO’s prestigious Extreme Team franchises, Team Miller provides support to other franchises — primarily on commercial losses. The SERVPRO Team Miller Disaster Recovery Team has the resources to travel the country for catastrophic events such as floods, tornadoes, and hurricanes.
SERVPRO Team Miller offers many services beyond the fire and water cleanup and restoration services such as abatement, commercial cleaning, disaster preparedness consulting and training, maintenance, relocation and reconstruction services, disinfection and sanitization, and much more.
We continue to grow and improve due to our team consistently proving they are the best of the best. My work has used SERVPRO for carpet cleaning maintenance for many years and always do a great job. We recently had a water leak in part of the office, and they showed up within an hour of calling them. Jeremiah and his crew were fast and efficient at getting the water up and placed many dryers. They came back daily to check on progress of drying and checking for any damage. Would definitely recommend Jeremiah and SERVPRO for any carpet cleaning or water damage clean up!

Our family home recently caught fire and SERVPRO came out and handled going through our home, boxing up everything they could clean, storing things for us, taking pictures of EVERYTHING! The detail they put into everything to make sure nothing is missed and handling everything with insurance. Highly recommend! Looking forward to when they can finish the house and bring our memories back home to us!
