In late March of this year, I experienced water damage to my home and garage. SERVPRO was among several companies recommended by my insurance company to handle the mitigation process. After reading some of the reviews of SERVPRO and the other companies, all well-known, I decided to choose SERVPRO. Glad I did!
From the moment Jake and his mitigation partner showed up at our front door, I felt a sense of relief. This was during the onset of the COVID nightmare, but they showed up in full PPE and got right to work!
After SERVPRO completed the entire mitigation process, I decided to go with them to handle the restorations as well. Justin Dahl, the project manager, was professional and personable from the very first phone call and remained so during the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had - and believe me, I had a lot. Justin also worked well with my insurance adjuster, which is pretty impressive.
Justin wanted to make sure my home/garage were restored completely and properly. Once the reconstruction process was underway, Olsi and his crew worked long hours and diligently to get the job done. They were punctual and took pride in their work and, as a result, my home and garage look even better than pre-water damage.

Randy Miller started his first Michigan SERVPRO® location in 1996 in Genesee County and expanded into Saginaw in 1997. Since then, Randy has grown, acquired, and sold multiple territories. As one of SERVPRO’s prestigious Extreme Team franchises, Team Miller provides support to other franchises — primarily on commercial losses. The SERVPRO Team Miller Disaster Recovery Team has the resources to travel the country for catastrophic events such as floods, tornadoes, and hurricanes.
