Turned out better than I expected.
We had a water issue inside of our house that caused our first floor and basement to have water. Our kitchen was soaking wet ie cabinets, to the flooring everything was wet. We called SERVPRO to come out and help. They did exactly that. From the moment they got here ( middle of February till now) they have helped us understand what happened, worked with my husband and me with insurance, and helped us get our house back in working order. They were very understanding of our situation and everyone that has been out here is a top-notch person. Ryan was wonderful at helping walk us through the process and making sure we understood everything. (Keeping the wheels on the bus). The guys that did the tare out Anthony and Keegan were awesome. Anthony was super busy but always made us feel important and like we were the only ones he was helping. His workmanship is great. Always quick to respond and made sure to keep us informed as to what was going on. Then we finally got started with the remodeling/reconstruction process and I didn’t know things could get even better, but they did. We are working with Michael and AJ. They have been outstanding!! Their communication from day one letting me know they were coming to hey come to take a look at this or that is top-notch. AJ and Michael KNOW what they are doing. The house is really coming along and they are doing a wonderful job. They have also been great in answering my many questions. Something that I would like to say about all the guys that have been out here. They clean up as they go!!! Would definitely recommend SERVPRO of Bloomington!!!
