Meet Our Team

Jake Tucker is the Owner of SERVPRO of Bloomington/Pontiac. He has been with the company for over 20 years and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Odor Technician, and Fire and Soot Removal Technician. Jake is also certified in Methamphetamine Clean-up by Amdecon, Asbestos Abatement Worker/Supervisor by Ideal Environmental and Mold Remediation by the Home Inspection Institute. Finally, he is certified in subrogation to ensure all required documentation is completed to protect a policy holder and their insurance company. Jake likes to have a role in every part of SERVPRO and manages projects, markets to clients, works with vendors, and trains employees. In his spare time Jake enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

Krista Lemaire is our Office Manager and has been with the team since February 2025. She oversees accounts receivable and is the friendly first voice you hear nearly every time you call. Krista also enjoys creating TikToks with Julie and bringing a fun energy to the office. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her two cats, Bumble Bee and Cricket, relaxing with coloring books, and building just about any LEGO set she can get her hands on.

Jeremy Hardin is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Bloomington/Gibson City/S. McLean County. He has been with the company for over twenty years. Jeremy is certified in trauma and crime scene clean-up by RSC; Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying, Odor Removal Technician and Fire and Soot Removal Technician by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC); Asbestos Abatement Supervisor and Worker by Ideal Environmental; Certified Mold Remediator by the Professional Home Inspection Institute and Subrogation by Claims Training Services. His years of experience bring a knowledge our clients can trust.

In his spare time Jeremy enjoys watching sports and visiting and spending time with family. Jeremy keeps himself up to date on all sporting news and local events.

Julie Porter is the Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Bloomington/Pontiac and has been with the company since May 2022. Julie helps promote the brand by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and sharing how our services can help them. Through clear communication and relationship building she supports sales efforts and strengthens brand awareness to contribute to our growth.

In her spare time Julie loves to travel, be active and spend time with her family.

Kristen has been with SERVPRO for 17 years. Sher served as the Office Manager for the first 11 years before transitioning into her current role as Construction Coordinator. Kristen enjoys helping customers restore their home and meeting with them personally to help with material selections. It is incredibly rewarding to see the final product come to life and see the customer's face when they walk into the completed job.

Outside of work she enjoys traveling with her husband, enjoying time with her adult children and 2 Corgi's.

Justin has been with SERVPRO since October 2024 and plays a key role in ensuring every reconstruction project runs smoothly from start to finish. He serves as the main point of contact for our subcontractors and makes sure every detail is completed to the highest standard. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and hitting the golf course.

Devon specializes in water, fire, and mold remediation. He began with the company on 9/23/24 and is dedicated to restoring properties quickly, safely, and with attention to detail. When he is not at work he enjoys playing video games, trying new restaurants, watching new movies with his spouse and learning how to play the banjo.

Waylon specializes in water, fire, and mold remediation. He began with the company on 10/21/22 and is dedicated to restoring properties quickly, safely, and with attention to detail. When he is not at work he enjoys playing video games and gardening.

DeVonte specializes in water, fire, and mold remediation. He began with the company on 06/16/25 and is dedicated to restoring properties quickly, safely, and with attention to detail. When he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and puppy along with cooking and designing a dish.

Dave specializes in water, fire, and mold remediation. He began with the company on 12/26/2014 and is dedicated to restoring properties quickly, safely, and with attention to detail. Dave is very good at repairing just about anything and loves to ride and work on his electric bike.

Devin specializes in water, fire, and mold remediation. He began with the company on 05/24/2024 and is dedicated to restoring properties quickly, safely, and with attention to detail. Devin loves to spend time with his family and friends along with playing video games.

Alex is our skilled and detail-oriented carpenter who began on 04/05/2024 with hands-on experience in residential projects. He is known for his precision craftsmanship, high-quality finishing, and timely project completion. In his free time he loves to be outdoors and fish.
