We had a water heater leak that went unnoticed for about a week. Vinyl flooring, carpet, some drywall and subfloor were damaged. Some mold was also forming in places. The team at Servpro of Lake County came in and cleaned, dried out areas and treated the mold. They looked at the damage, tore it all out, cleaned it up. Very professional and so organized. They gave us a detailed list of what they accomplished everyday they were there. They helped with the insurance claim, too. The whole team was knowledgeable about any concerns or questions we had. Very reassuring. Brittany was absolutely the best person to help me through this. She was courteous, polite, and so helpful! I could just go on and on about how good they were.
