Just to confirm: I was very pleased with SERVPRO of Lake County's work. The technicians arrived promptly, took the necessary readings to determine the extent and location of the damage, and set up their equipment to get the two rooms dried out quickly. They called ahead to let me know when they would be returning. Brittany in the office was also very efficient.
I appreciated that the technicians arrived wearing face masks and kept them on while in the apartment, without having to be asked. Also, Brittany asked me before scheduling the first appointment whether there was any Covid-19 risk in this apartment. Practically my whole house got flooded from a broken toilet pipe over a holiday weekend while I was away. They arrived with a few hours of calling late at night. They stayed past midnight trying to remove as much water as they could from my house. They were extremely professional during the whole process. It took about 7 days to dry my house because of of the extent of the water and moisture removal. They kept me and my insurance company up to date on the status via email and sending pictures everyday til work was completed. I was extremely impressed with their whole team. They were well trained and knowledgeable in their field. Always on time (even when I wasn't) and informed me if they were running a little bit over on another job-site.
