Careers at SERVPRO of Lake County

SERVPRO of Lake County is a family-owned restoration and cleaning franchise that has been part of the Lake County, FL community for more than 35 years. The company was launched in 1990 by the Brennan family with a vision of being an integral part of the community and offering quality services to local families. Under second-generation owner Josh Brennan and General Contractor Chad Denhard (who partnered with Diane Brennan in 2020), the franchise has expanded into a full-service operation—yet it still follows the customer-centered model established by its founders. With a centrally located warehouse and a fleet of vehicles, SERVPRO of Lake County maintains a large inventory of restoration equipment that enables rapid response and reduces recovery time and costs.

SERVPRO of Lake County is known for comprehensive cleanup, restoration and construction services. Its highly trained technicians provide water extraction and water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold inspection and remediation, 24/7 emergency services and full reconstruction services. SERVPRO of Lake County also offers general and specialty cleaning, including carpet and upholstery care, ceiling/floor/wall cleaning, air-duct/HVAC cleaning, biohazard/crime-scene cleanup, virus and pathogen cleaning, document restoration, odor removal, and vandalism/graffiti removal. As a one-stop construction and restoration provider, SERVPRO can handle everything from small remodeling jobs to large commercial builds with single-contact project management, expedited processes and quality workmanship. Its team is certified through SERVPRO’s corporate training facility and holds multiple IICRC certifications, ensuring expertise in water extraction, drying, fire/smoke damage cleanup and mold mitigation. SERVPRO of Lake County is also a licensed Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida.
