They came out promptly when notified. Always courteous and explained all did thoroughly.always told when would return so could know when to expect. Did all clean up after insurance came and inspected and worked with inspectors. Great in every way. Jordan, Jason, and Brandon all three were very courteous, explaining the next steps,on time when said they would come back, cleaning up and removing the debris; could not think of saying anything better or higher than what they did. We recently used SERVEPRO for cleanup and restoration after the flood in our home. The teams and leaders worked well together, with the goal of providing great customer service and quality outcomes. We had a water heater leak that went unnoticed for about a week. Vinyl flooring, carpet, some drywall and subfloor were damaged. Some mold was also forming in places. The team at Servpro of Lake County came in and cleaned, dried out areas and treated the mold. They looked at the damage, tore it all out, cleaned it up. Very professional and so organized. They gave us a detailed list of what they accomplished everyday they were there. They helped with the insurance claim, too. The whole team was knowledgeable about any concerns or questions we had. Very reassuring. Brittany was absolutely the best person to help me through this. She was courteous, polite, and so helpful! I could just go on and on about how good they were. I would definitely recommend this team again!!!
