Meet Our Team

Terry has over 14 years of experience working with SERVPRO as an Operations Manager and General Manager at SERVPRO of LaPorte and Porter Counties in Michigan City, Indiana. A few years ago, he relocated to Lake County Florida with his wife, Nancy, and is now the Marketing, Quality control, Airduct Cleaning Manager here at SERVPRO of Lake County for the last 7 years. So I have a total of 21 years with SERVPRO and have enjoyed every minute of it. In his spare time, Terry loves to golf. The Dallas Cowboys are his favorite football team.

Dave is our Project Manager on the Production team. He has lived in Lake County for over 35 years and is happy to be a part of the SERVPRO of Lake County team. Dave is certified with the IICRC as a water remediation technician and applied structural drying. Dave's favorite part of this job is being able to help people in a time of need. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family. Dave is a proud father of 2 boys, a dog and a cat. He also enjoys riding motorcycles. He is a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Dave says "I look forward to serving you when needed!"

Jeli is our small but mighty addition! Jeli has been with SERVPRO for over 2 years now and heads our contents department. Her years of inventory management make her a strong asset in this department. Jeli values being a family business and working along side her husband Josh to serve the community and build a company that can provide for their family, friends and neighbors.

Hi, I’m Traci! I joined SERVPRO of Lake County as a Job File Coordinator and have since advanced to the role of Office Manager. While I’m new to this team, I bring nearly 10 years of experience in the restoration industry, specializing in water, fire, and mold losses, as well as TPA claims. I’m passionate about helping our team provide exceptional service and ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, being out on the boat, and making memories with family and friends.

My name is Melissa McCarthy, and I am the Human Resource Manager. I have recently moved back to Lake County after living in North Georgia for the last 28 yrs. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education but left the field in 2012. Since then, I have been an Office Manager for a large HVAC company and an Electrical Contractor. When I was young, I loved playing “school” and “office”, so I guess you could say that I have lived out my dreams! In my past time, I enjoy traveling, thrifting, watching my Georgia Bulldog football, but mostly, spending time with my friends and family. I love that I get to be a part of a company that makes a positive difference for our clients when they are going through some tough times. I also love that I am working with a company that cares about their employees just as much as they care about their clients and am looking forward to many years together.

I’m proud to be part of the SERVPRO team and enjoy being involved in the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything moving. I like being someone the team can rely on, whether that means helping solve a problem, keeping things organized, or finding a better way to get something done.

I’m very detail-oriented and always looking for ways to make processes more efficient and easier to manage. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, taking on new challenges, and helping bring organization to all the moving pieces that come with a busy operation.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family, traveling, being on the water, and finding new projects to take on. I believe in working hard, staying organized, and being someone my team can count on.

Zach is our construction manager and has over 22 years experience. He started working for his father building Church's along with other commercial projects. His father was his mentor in the construction field. Zach is married and resides in Eustis Florida. In his spare time he likes to Golf and watch Football.

Abby has almost 10 years of construction management experience and during her time in the construction industry she has managed the design of various award-winning custom homes in central Florida. With an additional 11 years of mitigation experience she brings a unique perspective to SERVPRO of Lake County. This combination of experience guides her holistic approach to reconstruction management. Abby leads with passion and pride, helping her community to build back stronger.

Brandon has been on our SERVPRO team since November 2023 and has a total of 2 plus years restoration experience. In his free time he loves to Golf, swim and spend free time with his family. He is also an avid football fan.

Josh Miller enjoys spending time with friends and family, barbecues on the free weekends while relaxing in the pool!! Very passionate and prideful in the work I put out! He's a great addition to the SERVPRO Family.

Ambar Teran, I’m a cheerful and caring person who finds joy in helping others and paying attention to the little details. I love spending quality time with my family, my dog and friends, as they bring balance and happiness to my life. I’m passionate about my work and truly believe that positivity and dedication are the keys to achieving great results.

Jordan likes is position at SERVPRO and is excited about learning new things everyday. In his free time, he is a passionate gamer and loves spending time with his family.

My name is Yendry Cáceres, I was born in Venezuela, municipality Maracaibo, Zulia state, on October 23, 1996, where I lived and grew up with my brothers and my parents, I carried out and completed my studies, graduating as a Higher University Technician (T.S.U), in Criminal Investigation, I belonged to the Corps of Investigations, Scientific and Criminalistics, (CICPC), attached to the Zulia Homicide Investigation Axis, currently called Coordination of Investigations of Crimes Against People, with the rank of Detective, serving the communities of my hometown for more than 3 years, during the year 2022 I decided to move to the United States starting a new chapter in my life, learning in the bakery area. After a year I found an opportunity in the area of demolition and cleaning, I had the opportunity to travel and get to know new states in this country such as West Virginia, during that process I had the opportunity to meet new friends, until the present, currently in my free time from work I enjoy the company of my friends and I like to spend time in the gym and watch movies. I like discipline, taking into account my values day by day, God and my family, I like to observe and analyze situations before taking any action, sometimes I tend to be reserved and quiet depending on the situation, always trying to carry out my work as quickly as possible, following a plan responsibly, learning and improving every day. I have worked with SERVPRO now for 6 months.

Aramis Rafael Cáceres López is a Venezuelan national with over two decades of experience in the National Guard of Venezuela and more than eleven years in the independent practice of law. Born in Venezuela and currently 52 years old, he holds a Master’s degree in Criminal and Criminological Sciences and is a licensed attorney.
He completed his primary education at Colegio Luis Ángel García in El Varillal, Maracaibo, Zulia State, and obtained his high school diploma in Science from Centro de Asistencia Técnica Zulia (Code: Z-23L). He later earned his Law degree from Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela (UBV) in 2010, His training also includes more than 210 hours in advanced security and instruction through the Venezuelan National Guard's various academies and institutes.
Due to Venezuela's economic crisis, he relocated to the United States, where he has demonstrated resilience and adaptability by working in various trades including construction assistance, remodeling, painting, demolition, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, and culinary support.

Lisa is one of our production technicians at SERVPRO of Lake County. She specializes in cleaning, so she is commonly found on our fire/soot and content cleaning jobs. In her free time, Lisa loves spending time with her 5 grandchildren and she loves going to the beach.

Tina has been with SERVPRO of Lake County for a number of years. She is commonly found on fire and soot cleaning jobs that require high detail. She is also the one everyone prefers to lead on a pack out on job. In her spare time Tina loves to do puzzles.

Michael is a live long resident and has 30 years in experience the reconstruction industry Michael has been with SERVPRO for a year and is a great asset to our team. Michael loves to fish and enjoys sports on his days off.

Remmi has been our mascot for two years. He enjoys dressing up for all specials occasions, and is quite the moral booster. He is always willing to assist in cleaning up spilled treats and small water damages. He enjoys walks by the lake and naps on the office couch.

Ben is passion about food and enjoys fishing in his spare time.

Jason is one of the newest members of the SERVPRO of Lake County team, he brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Excited to grow both personally and professionally, he looks forward to building his career while helping our customers through every step of the restoration process.

With years of experience in the mitigation and restoration industry, both in the field and in administrative roles, I understand the challenges homeowners face when disaster strikes. I am passionate about helping homeowners navigate difficult situations and guiding them through what is often a stressful and overwhelming time. My goal is to make the restoration process as smooth and stress-free as possible while providing support every step of the way. Seeing families return to their homes and regain a sense of normalcy is what makes our work so rewarding. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my family and our dogs. Whether we're hitting the trails in the Jeep or finding our next swimming hole in the Ocala National Forest, we're always looking for our next adventure
