" Paul, I would like to thank you for your help. SERVPRO. and you personally, went above and beyond in helping my mother when her daylight basement flooded January 8th this year during the ice storm.
When I called her that evening to see how things were going, I was shocked to hear that her basement had at least an inch of standing water and more was pouring in from the fireplace! That night ice was covering everything, including the roads, and driving was extremely hazardous. I live out in Hillsboro and was unsure what to do.
