The SERVPRO guys were very professional and thorough while explaining what they are doing and will be doing for our hot water leak. They answered all my questions and concerns even when I repeated them. The price is reasonable for all work including damage assessment, water damage mitigation, spraying an antimicrobial, air scrubber and two dehumidifier.
