Chafika Landers is an Owner and Senior Business Development Manager of our SERVPRO franchise, where she focuses on growing the business and building lasting relationships with key clients across our territories. With a passion for helping businesses and individuals during challenging times, Chafika is deeply invested in the success of the company and the communities we serve.
Seth Cooper
Seth Cooper is the Chief Operating Officer of our SERVPRO franchise, where he plays a vital role in overseeing daily operations and driving organizational growth. Mat Singer
Mat Singer is the VP of Integrated Services at our SERVPRO franchise, overseeing both our reconstruction and abatement divisions. A seasoned business professional with decades of experience in construction and restoration, Mat takes a holistic approach to growing the business while ensuring the customer experience remains at the forefront of everything we do.

Kate Pagano is the Controller of our SERVPRO franchise, overseeing the company’s financials, accounts receivable, and payroll. Obviously nobody wants to have to a disaster in their home like we did, but thankfully, SERVPRO fixed everything in minimal time and the job they did was fantastic!
We called right after an upstairs flood. Andrew, a Technician, was on call and called us back immediately. Andrew came out right away, accompanied by Cody. Both were knowledgeable, professional, respectful (wore face masks during COVID pandemic) and thorough - putting us immediately at ease about all of our worries.
In the end, they were careful to only tear down the minimal amount of drywall necessary. Erica in the office handled the insurance and helped us through the process.
Hopefully it will be a long time before we have any further flooding or emergencies, but we would certainly use SERVPRO of Vancouver again if we had to. Highly recommend!!!
