OUR STORY
We opened our first SERVPRO franchise in May 2012. Customer service is at the heart of what we do and has led to numerous awards as a Top 50 SERVPRO franchise. Our business grew rapidly and in addition to serving the greater Charlotte area, we also own SERVPRO franchises in Northwest Charlotte, Lake Norman, Gaston County, Lincoln County and South Carolina – serving both the York County and Richland County markets. Our team works 24/7/365 to meet the disaster restoration needs of our customers. We are here to help make any size disaster “Like it never even happened.” ® We are locally and veteran owned.

I wanted to take the time to thank ServPro for sending Arty to my home for a deep cleaning on 2/18/26. I'm not sure which location he is out of but hopefully he has an opportunity to see this as my gratitude. Arty was super attentive and truly understood what needed to be done. He was responsible for phase 1 of a do-over deep cleaning service in the basement area and garage area of my home. He took great care in cleaning each section and made certain to spot clean all areas of concern. His job was more difficult because he was tasked to address all areas of concern that, unfortunately, was previously missed prior to him coming. I was really pleased with the specificity of his cleaning and his attention to detail. He really put the necessary time and effort into making sure nothing was missed.
