I wanted to take the time to thank ServPro for sending Arty to my home for a deep cleaning on 2/18/26. I'm not sure which location he is out of but hopefully he has an opportunity to see this as my gratitude. Arty was super attentive and truly understood what needed to be done. He was responsible for phase 1 of a do-over deep cleaning service in the basement area and garage area of my home. He took great care in cleaning each section and made certain to spot clean all areas of concern. His job was more difficult because he was tasked to address all areas of concern that, unfortunately, was previously missed prior to him coming. I was really pleased with the specificity of his cleaning and his attention to detail. He really put the necessary time and effort into making sure nothing was missed. Any questions that I had, he responded to and went above and beyond to accommodate. He worked so hard to my satisfaction. I appreciate you Arty! Thank you so much for going the extra mile! Specifically the move out/move in services were professional and timely, all of our house contents were well taken care of. When the team moved our items back in, everything was placed exactly as we had originally arranged it!
