We had a roofer caused leak that was severe on a Thursday night when a sudden rain came. The rain was pouring down the office wall and some came in upstairs above it. It was frightening for me. I called Bend SERVPRO as the roofer came to try to stem the river of water from the roof. They came out first thing Friday and assessed all damage, worked with the roofer's insurance company and attended to every detail in our restoration. They are thorough, polite, trustworthy and empathetic from the persons answering the phones to all the specialists filing through from start to finish. It took so much worry off of me. We are almost to the finish line now ( a new roofer also). Kudos to Ron, Charlene, Emily, Nick, Nicholas, Doug, Bob, Harrison, Chase and Dave. Whew! Hope I didn't forget anyone
When all other restoration company's failed, SERVPRO of Bend was our knights in shining armor. Our house was severely damaged from this years snow storm. We called a multitude of company's and they all put us on a waiting list. My wife is disabled so the damage made it extra hard for us.
We called SERVPRO of Bend and talked to them about the situation. They had a crew in town, so they said they would come over, and they did. They explained that this storm was using up all of their resources and that our job may take longer than usual. We were just grateful that they came along at all.
They helped us with our insurance and we were able to get everything taken care of. We can't say enough good things about SERVPRO of Bend.
We had some damage done to our house by a storm that rolled through the area. Despite a minor communication error, SERVPRO came out and made everything right. They went the extra mile for us and we appreciated it.
In December, a severe storm front resulted in multiple areas of damage to my home. When contacted by our property manager, SERVPRO of Bend responded so quickly that no rot or mildew damage occurred.
Working through the night, SERVPRO removed all our valuables quickly, and immediately started the process of taking care of all of the damage. They worked closely with our insurance company, and even in still freezing weather, got the job complete in a reasonable amount of time.
When it came time to put everything back, SERVPRO put everything back in its original location, down to putting the books back on the shelves in their original order!
Would we use them again? Absolutely!
This is my fourth experience with your company, and you are the best! Two were at my personal residence, and two have been at the rental. Two were insurance related, and two were out of pocket. Everyone who rescued us from an awful mess caused by a faulty kitchen faucet was terrific! They quickly came to begin the mitigation process, explained it thoroughly and got right to it!
