Things You Should Know about HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning

First, system access to the duct interiors should be made through existing openings. This could be via:

Our vacation property had major water damage from an ice dam that had formed on the outside of our garage. We had a neighbor check the house and they said that everything was fine. We live in Portland but have a vacation house in Sunriver. Our neighbor told us that there was a lot of ice on the north side of our house. We asked him to go in and look if there was a problem in the house.

So I think you're gonna have to give Brion and Lupe a raise, or maybe a purple heart for bravery, for going all the way out to Eagle Crest in the snowy weather that seems to linger.

They also wrestled with Kevin's beast of a hotrod, then drove all the way from our old place to the new, temporary house, driving all the way up to Eagle Crest to deal with moving it in again!

This is the second time I had to call SERVPRO to my house. Unfortunately, we had a water line break on our refrigerator and having dealt with a previous water issue, I knew to call SERVPRO.

Gabe, I think the gentlemen's name was gave me piece of mind while explaining what he was going to take care of. They were able to help me get the area cleared up and dry quickly.
