We had a water leak at our house due to a faulty pipe, which caused damage to areas in the garage and a guest bedroom. Our homeowners insurance company sent SERVPRO to come out for an assessment, but ultimately denied our claim. We decided to hire them on our own to perform the water mitigation work. Marquis, Alex, Danny, and Kai did a wonderful job and kept us informed on every step. Extra credit to Alex, who came in to work on our house alone on his day off because several team members were out sick. Since the water mitigation was going so well, we decided to inquire about SERVPRO handling the reconstruction. After getting a rough estimate, I was contacted by reconstruction manager Chris S. He promptly came over to do a full assessment and we were impressed enough to know we wanted to hire them to finish out the job. Coordination of our HVAC and plumbing companies for a couple of stressful days was pulled off flawlessly by Chris. The majority of the reconstruction carpentry and painting work done by Riley and crew turned out amazing and looks seamless. One final thank you to Charlene for immediately providing me with final invoices and payment receipts every time I requested them. We are so pleased with all the work done by SERVPRO at our house. Everyone on the team was hard-working, diligent, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Highly recommend!
What a horrid experience to learn that your kitchen sink faucet has been leaking, you might have mold, and a vital part of your kitchen and floor needs to be removed and restored, and you have 3 dogs that need to be out of the house in the heat and smoke. Marcus, Alex and Mason we're in and out for several days and took good care of my house and me (I had a lot of questions because I didn't know what to expect.) These young men are very polite and knowledgeable. Alex and Marcus went above and beyond the required when my garage door wouldn't open. The reconstruct begins next week (hopefully), and that's another team. So far, very good service, and I'm happy with ServPro.
Tristan and Owen came out to our house to take care of some moisture issues in the attic and they did a fabulous job! They were friendly and polite and professional! Servpro always does a great job.
We want to thank Tristin for all the help he provided in cleaning up all the water and mud that was in our crawl space under our home. None of us know exactly where the water came from but there was approximately 7000 gallons of unwanted water. Tristin made sure the water and mud were cleaned up and when there was some mud where it wasn't supposed to be he cleaned it up. Had one restoration company come….not very impressed…my friend who has over 50 years in construction told me to get a second opinion…called SERVPRO of Bend….Charlene & Tristan & his helpers were amazing!!!
