I never did really understand the extent of the water damage but the message I got from the team was "Trust Us" so I did. They did an exceptional job.

I would like to thank Ron with SERVPRO in Bend Oregon. I recently had discovered a problem with water damage after a renter had moved out of my house...I spoke with Ron over the phone about the damage and he clearly described the problem as being isolated to a single event. He took plenty of photos and did a great job of writing his finding in a clear and sensible manner...As an out of state landlord I have to rely on integrity, with Ron I found that.
My crawlspace flooded and the existing plastic vapor barrier was cut in numerous places (by a different contractor) to allow the water to properly drain. I contacted you to remove the old vapor barrier and install a new one. You promptly provided a fair quotation and quickly scheduled the work. The team did a good job of ensuring there was no mess inside my house. These guys are great and I would definitely recommend using them.
