What a horrid experience to learn that your kitchen sink faucet has been leaking, you might have mold, and a vital part of your kitchen and floor needs to be removed and restored, and you have 3 dogs that need to be out of the house in the heat and smoke. Marcus, Alex and Mason we're in and out for several days and took good care of my house and me (I had a lot of questions because I didn't know what to expect.) These young men are very polite and knowledgeable. Alex and Marcus went above and beyond the required when my garage door wouldn't open. The reconstruct begins next week (hopefully), and that's another team. So far, very good service, and I'm happy with ServPro.
Tristan and Owen came out to our house to take care of some moisture issues in the attic and they did a fabulous job! They were friendly and polite and professional! Servpro always does a great job.
We want to thank Tristin for all the help he provided in cleaning up all the water and mud that was in our crawl space under our home. None of us know exactly where the water came from but there was approximately 7000 gallons of unwanted water. Tristin made sure the water and mud were cleaned up and when there was some mud where it wasn't supposed to be he cleaned it up. He is a great lead person and will go far in life with his good work ethics. Many thanks from Doug and Sue.
Had one restoration company come….not very impressed…my friend who has over 50 years in construction told me to get a second opinion…called SERVPRO of Bend….Charlene & Tristan & his helpers were amazing!!! Also Marquis went the extra mile for me with my insurance company!!! They all made me feel WELL taken care of throughout the complete process… I will definitely recommend SERVPRO to anybody who needs their services….including friends & family!
