SERVPRO of Marine City/Romeo has been a locally owned franchise helping the people in Marine City and neighboring communities for the last ten years. The previous franchise owners operated the business out of Romeo hence the franchise name. Due to the strong family ties to the Algonac and Marine City area, it was decided to move the franchise from Romeo to Marine City. Prior to owning and operating this franchise, the company owners were in the residential and commercial building industry for 30+ years.

We had storm damage in the spring of 2024. Due to missing shingles which caused a lot of water damage. We called ServPro one of 3 companies that our insurance co. gave us to pick from. In less then a hour they were there to seal up our roof. We gave them the contract to do all the repairs on our house. I have to say these people are on the ball, they worked with our insurance adjuster, who was not the easiest person to work with. Also the sub contractors that they used, did a superb job, better then we expected. There foreman Mike was always easy to get a hold of and kept us informed about the job. Rob the owner was very nice and handled a lot of the work that went on behind the scenes. The whole staff at ServPro was great to work with. Thanks so much to Susan and Rob and Scott and our buddy Mike and also Benny for the puppy fix.
Unfortunately I had to deal with a leak on my roof causing interior damage. My experience with Servpro, workers Mike and Larry, was very satisfying and their attitude was exceptional . They were professional and cordial and respectful at all times. The project was completed with all aspects of the work to my complete satisfaction.
