Dillon did a fabulous job of coordinating things. He made the process of dealing with a leak in the house and subsequent damage seamless for me. His team- Reggie, Juan and Julian were incredibly thorough- super conscious of keeping the area contained to avoid spreading dust/mold/etc. around the house. I am so grateful for how efficient and conscientious they were. Dillon was also very mindful of the dogs and kids and made sure that the process would be minimally disruptive to them which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend them again.
Unfortunate events seem to occur at the worst possible times. In the case of my home, I was out of the country when water from an upstairs bathroom leaked into the ceiling and walls resulting in a fair amount of water damage to the kitchen below. A call to SERVPRO of Boston while I was overseas connected me with project manager Jonathan, who responded immediately on-site to inspect and assess the damage. Jonathan communicated with me throughout the process, even considering time-zone differences, and made all necessary arrangements to contain the damage and coordinate the work needed to remedy the situation. Crew chief Hector and technician Silvio performed all work expeditiously and to the highest of standards to prepare the affected areas for my plumbing and building contractors to complete their work properly and safely. The level of service and quality of work I received from Jonathan, Hector, and Silvio were exemplary, and their professionalism and courtesy distinguish them from others in the industry. I recommend with the highest of confidence and enthusiasm.
I worked with Jonathan, Ricardo and Jose after my condo flooded and they did an amazing job. They were very professional and friendly, explained everything they were doing and kept me updated every step of the way. I can't say enough about the SERVPRO Boston team! I did not know that I was flooded until 8pm at night when I went downstairs to do a load of laundry.
