The ServPro Associates always had a quick response to e-mail with our inquiries to the updates on when the projects would begin. We were dealing with 2 separate offices, one for mold removal, and a separate one for the restoration. The crews that did the mold removal and restoration (2 different crews) were fantastic. The crew even swept the small amount of wallboard dust that was on the driveway! Hopefully we will not need to avail ourselves of their services, again but if we do, I am confident it will be completed without a hitch.
Thoroughly impressed with this team! We recently had a small fire in our house and ServPro of Boston came in and did all of the cleanup in our basement, the main floor, and upstairs where we all sleep. They were thorough and professional, we will absolutely recommend this team for anyone else looking for a mitigation company!

These folks are great. I was a difficult customer and they continued to work with me to thier credit. My bathroom looks great and no major construction. This was clearly venting fan issue, and every other company started their estimates with the demolition of the bathroom walls. Thank you Servpro

I am happy to share my experience about one of ServPro,s extremely qualified Mold mitigation and Demo teams. Alvaro Garcia and Javier Asencio arrived at my home on time ( which is rare these days )and were very knowledgable and efficient about their work. What impressed me the most was the extra care they took taping off rooms from the work area, covering exposed hard wood flooring and stair case from the excessive dust and grit that could occur during the demo process. Not a spec of dust or debris was left behind after their daily clean up. I am happy to have met these gentlemen and ServPro is lucky to have them on their team. Patricia Norberg
