My home was in the middle of renovations when a storm ripped the protective tarp off of our exposed roof and poured into our living space. Jonathan and his team (Ricardo, José and Heiry) were on site the very same night. The structural damage was already done, but thanks to their quick response most of our personal belongings in the room below were protected. In addition to limiting the damage on the night of the storm, they performed cleanup and evaluation. Dillon did a fabulous job of coordinating things. He made the process of dealing with a leak in the house and subsequent damage seamless for me. His team- Reggie, Juan and Julian were incredibly thorough- super conscious of keeping the area contained to avoid spreading dust/mold/etc. around the house. Unfortunate events seem to occur at the worst possible times. In the case of my home, I was out of the country when water from an upstairs bathroom leaked into the ceiling and walls resulting in a fair amount of water damage to the kitchen below. A call to SERVPRO of Boston while I was overseas connected me with project manager Jonathan, who responded immediately on-site to inspect and assess the damage. Jonathan communicated with me throughout the process, even considering time-zone differences, and made all necessary arrangements to contain the damage and coordinate the work needed to remedy the situation. Crew chief Hector and technician Silvio performed all work expeditiously and to the highest of standards to prepare the affected areas for my plumbing and building contractors to complete their work properly and safely.
