The ServPro Associates always had a quick response to e-mail with our inquiries to the updates on when the projects would begin. We were dealing with 2 separate offices, one for mold removal, and a separate one for the restoration. The crews that did the mold removal and restoration (2 different crews) were fantastic. The crew even swept the small amount of wallboard dust that was on the driveway! Hopefully we will not need to avail ourselves of their services, again but if we do, I am confident it will be completed without a hitch.
Thoroughly impressed with this team! We recently had a small fire in our house and ServPro of Boston came in and did all of the cleanup in our basement, the main floor, and upstairs where we all sleep.
