What our
customers are saying
Josh has excellent top tier customer service
Josh was absolutely awesome! Great customer service and wonderful smile. Thanks Josh!
My home was serviced by Bre. She stayed professional and did a great job explaining what was going on. She was polite. Im particular about who I allow in my home and Bre is one that will respect your space. If you could pick her to be the one to test your home. Good company
Joshua was terrific. We really appreciate his professionalism.
My experience went great, Josh came in and made sure all the water was completely gone before he took out the fans. Good communication and made sure we understood the future plans.
Josh and his team were a huge help during the recent flood in our home that caused significant water damage. They were courteous, friendly and polite to my entire family, including our pets. Their knowledge and experience were much needed during this stressful time. Josh also was able to work around my work schedule to make sure the job got done. He even went above and beyond by helping me remove some trash/debris, which was much appreciated! Thank you!
Joshua was the representative who came daily to check on the drying of our water damage. He explained the process clearly and was professional and courteous. Servpro has been a dream all-round with communication and scheduling. I recommend their services to those in need when the stressful and unexpected issues arise. Hats off!
Deontae and Jahmad did such an awesome job!!! They called when enroute, were extremely professional and detail oriented!!! They explained the entire process of what would be occurring and stayed late to ensure the emergency repairs were handled efficiently before the next crew came back in the morning! Would highly recommend ServPro VAB, but more importantly, Deontae and Jahmad.
Josh did an excellent job at my home! He was very thorough, professional and courteous!
