You just finished clean up after our sewer line overflowed into our 1/2 bathroom and family room. I wanted to compliment the folks you sent to help do the demo, clean up, and dry out of the space. They were a friendly hardworking group who were also understanding and accommodating of my allergy issues that could have been triggered by some of the clean up process. Chris headed up the job and was especially patient with my questions and explaining the process. I was having difficulty finding a local contractor who does concrete polishing and Chris also shared a contact for a contractor I wouldn't have been able to find otherwise. Thanks for being there and doing what you do to make an unfortunate situation better.

After a minor dishwasher leak turned into a more significant problem, SERVPRO was there the next morning after we contacted our insurance agency and spent several days ensuring that our kitchen and basement did not receive any ill effects from the water damage. The quick response saved us from damage that would have cost considerably more to repair. As it is, the laminate floor was too far gone but the subfloor is totally intact and we had our new floor laid with about 8 hours of work from another contractor. I am very pleased with the work, speed and professionalism of the SERVPRO employees.

SERVPRO Rocks!!! I have a rental in Scranton and the pipes in my laundry room froze and burst causing a good amount of damage. I called Nick and he came out the same day, quoted me and started the job immediately. Which I believe saved me from further water damage. He gave me a time frame, in which I could expect the job to be started and completed. I was absolutely impressed, he was right on target! He communicated with me through the process and never left me wondering. Work was done to perfection! The office staff was fantastic to deal with, very professional and efficient.
