As Chief Operating Officer and Owner, Dan leads Team Doyle with an unparalleled level of experience, having been part of SERVPRO for more than 20 years. His journey is rooted in hands-on work, starting as a technician and steadily advancing through every level of the business. Now overseeing daily operations, Dan ensures that all projects are completed to the highest standards and continuously works to improve customer satisfaction. Dan takes great pride in leading his dedicated team, fostering an environment of growth, and celebrating the many accomplishments they achieve together.

Sean is the General Manager for Team Doyle, bringing over two decades of experience to the restoration industry, having started in 2002 and joining the team in 2011. Sean embodies growth, having started as a temporary mitigation technician and working his way through nearly every role in the company. He is an expert Team Leader and problem solver specializing in large Commercial Projects. His expertise is backed by extensive training, including: OSHA 30, Lead-Safe, Asbestos Inspector, Master Fire Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Water Damage Restoration Technician [WRT], Commercial Drying Specialist [CDS], and Xactimate Level 3. Sean loves that he learns something new every day in the business. Outside of work, his family is extremely important to him, he enjoys playing the guitar and is a talented cook who loves a good cup of coffee!

As the Office Manager for Team Doyle, Cara is the key to ensuring daily operations run smoothly and effectively. She joined the team in 2024 and utilizes her strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the office staff have everything they need to work efficiently. Cara thrives in the fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment, which allows her to constantly learn new skills and find new ways to help the team grow. She finds her job fulfilling by achieving something impactful every day. A British expat enjoying life in the Lehigh Valley, Cara is obsessed with her two cats and loves watching fantasy movies and true crime documentaries, admitting she’s a huge Harry Potter fan.

Kailyn leads the Contents Department, specializing in restoring customers' belongings to their preloss condition after fire, water, or smoke damage. Her dedication to customer recovery has powered her rapid growth with Team Doyle, starting as a Packout Supervisor in 2023 and quickly advancing to her current role as Operations Manager. Kailyn oversees the use of advanced restoration methods, including ultrasonic cleaning, deodorization, and specialized drying techniques. She is passionate about helping customers recover their most important possessions. When she’s not focused on contents recovery, Kailyn enjoys shopping, connecting with friends through video games, and relaxing with puzzles.

Cody joined Team Doyle in 2022 and quickly leveraged his past construction experience with Hull's Home Repairs to master the restoration industry. As a Mitigation Estimator, he excels in accurately scoping projects and possesses advanced knowledge of Xactimate. Having served as a Production Manager for a previous owner, Cody understands the full project lifecycle, from estimation through management. While he currently holds his WRT certification (Water Damage Restoration Technician), he is dedicated to continuous learning and achieving additional certifications. Cody is devoted to his family; he spends the entirety of his non-working time with his wife and kids, and when time allows, he enjoys playing video games and attending Trans-Siberian Orchestra concerts.

Walter has been a dedicated part of Team Doyle since December 2019, currently serving as a Mitigation Production Manager. His greatest strength is his ability to put customers at ease during crisis. Walter finds immense reward in seeing a customer's stress level go down after he patiently explains the mitigation process and assures them that everything will be okay. His hands-on experience and commitment to quality are backed by his Water Damage Restoration Technician [WRT] certification and numerous SERVPRO training courses.

Edwin Melendez III, or E3 as everyone calls him, is a dedicated Mitigation Production Manager who joined Team Doyle in July 2025. He brings valuable experience from his time as a Project Lead at another SERVPRO in Philadelphia, giving him several years of specialized brand knowledge. E3's core expertise lies in efficient Water Damage Restoration and expert Project Management. He holds his Water Damage Restoration Technician [WRT] certification, ensuring adherence to industry standards. The most rewarding part of his job is helping people when they feel like everything is falling apart, and he values the unique opportunity to work alongside his father on the Team Doyle crew.

Gigi specializes in the detailed cleaning and restoration of customer textiles, including clothing, bedding, curtains, and other soft goods affected by fire, water, or smoke damage. As SERVPRO’s Textiles Production Manager, she combines precision and care to return cherished items to their preloss condition. Gigi is a hardworking and dedicated member of our team who takes great pride in her work and the quality of every item she restores.

Lexi joined Team Doyle in 2022 and quickly applied her diverse background - which includes property management and handling operations at a restaurant - to the restoration industry. As a Contents Production Manager, she excels in key services like Fire Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Mold Damage Restoration, Furniture Repair, and Upholstery Cleaning/Restoration. Lexi finds Team Doyle unique for its supportive, friendly environment, which she considers her second family. She takes great pride in her detail-oriented nature, which she channels into her biggest hobby: creating incredibly detailed and colorful nail art. This passion for detail ensures meticulous care in every restoration project she manages.

Mona provides expert oversight as a Contents Production Manager, leveraging strong leadership and communication skills developed through management in the restaurant industry. Her passion for DIYs and seeing things "go from bad to better" is what drew her to the restoration field. Mona uses effective de-escalation and communication strategies daily, enhancing her attention to detail and customer focus. The most rewarding part of the job is providing customers with the reassurance they need and witnessing their peace and happiness when the process is complete. Outside of work, she enjoys cleaning, the outdoors, videography, and trying new meals.

Jose Pereira joined Team Doyle in November of 2025, bringing a strong background in environmental remediation and steamfitting to his role as a Project Manager. His expertise includes contamination control and specialized equipment operation, allowing him to effectively manage complex restoration projects from start to finish. Jose holds multiple certifications including Hazmat Disaster Response, Asbestos, Fire Safety, and Bloodborne Pathogens, and he completed training through Ando International. Inspired by the opportunity to serve his community, Jose takes pride in helping customers regain confidence during some of their most difficult moments. He especially enjoys managing pack-back projects, where careful organization and attention to detail make a meaningful difference for families. Outside of work, Jose enjoys skydiving whenever he gets the chance.

Mark leads the reconstruction effort as the Recon Dept Manager, overseeing all repair projects. His career in construction began at age 19, and he brought extensive experience in writing complex estimates for a commercial insulation contractor when he joined Team Doyle in 2022 as an Estimator, advancing to his current management role in 2025. Mark is proficient in Xactimate and Symbility and specializes in Water Damage Restoration, Estimating, and navigating complex insurance policies and coverage for customers and adjusters. He is most proud of helping people get back into their homes quickly. Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and friends, fishing, hunting, and golfing.

Michael joined Team Doyle in 2024, bringing strong expertise in Construction Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) gained from his previous work building multi-family and single-family structures in Philadelphia. As a Reconstruction Project Manager, Michael thrives on the unique challenges of each job and is dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. He finds immense satisfaction in getting a customer's home "back in order" and ensures every project meets their specific needs. Outside of SERVPRO, Michael enjoys an active life traveling, golfing, playing ice hockey, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Nathan joined the team in April 2025 as a Construction Estimator, specializing in efficient project scoping and claims finalization. He brings three years of invaluable experience in biohazard mitigation, where he managed crews and wrote estimates for complex projects. Nathan's passion for the restoration industry began with the opportunity to help people in their time of need, efficiently guiding projects from a state of peril to prime, preloss condition. He leverages his Business Administration background for strong management and communication skills. In his free time, Nathan is a dedicated father, and when he finds a spare moment, he enjoys playing guitar and hitting the slopes to ski.

Rob ensures reconstruction projects run smoothly as a dedicated Reconstruction Project Manager, bringing valuable experience from his background in roofing sales and training. Joining Team Doyle in 2023, Rob excels at Project Management, thriving on the unique challenges presented by every job - you never see the same one twice! The most rewarding part of his work is helping customers put their homes back together, watching the transformation from a demoed space to a completed house. Rob particularly enjoys the challenging and fun process of kitchen designs. Outside of work, Rob is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan, and stays active playing men’s league hockey and golfing.

Zach is an expert Reconstruction Estimator, responsible for preparing detailed estimates for reconstruction projects and helping customers understand the scope and cost of restoring their property after damage. He joined SERVPRO Team Doyle in 2020, bringing years of diverse experience in property restoration estimating and management, including roles with other restoration contractors. Zach ensures each estimate is accurate, timely, and aligned with SERVPRO’s reconstruction standards, backed by his training in Project Management, Construction Management, and Xactimate estimating software. Outside of work, Zach is a dedicated family man who enjoys playing men's softball, teaching his kids sports, shooting darts, hunting & fishing, and attending live concerts and sporting events.

James Saeger serves as a Reconstruction Project Manager, bringing valuable restoration and construction experience to the team. Before joining SERVPRO in October of 2025, James previously worked as a Junior Reconstruction Project Manager and a Mitigation Technician, bringing a well-rounded understanding reconstruction processes to the team. He is particularly skilled in whiteboxing and has a strong working knowledge of electrical and plumbing trades. James also holds Water and Fire Mitigation certifications along with OSHA 10 and OSHA 40 training, and especially enjoys fire damage reconstruction projects, where the dramatic transformation allows him to see the real impact his work has on families. For James, the most rewarding part is seeing the trust homeowners place in him and the smiles he leaves on their faces when the job is done.

Ryan Zenz serves as a Reconstruction Project Manager, bringing valuable project management experience from the residential construction industry. Before joining SERVPRO in December 2025, Ryan worked as a Project Manager for new home construction, where he oversaw multiple build sites, coordinated with on-site superintendents, and handled client communication throughout the building process. His background allows him to effectively manage multiple reconstruction projects while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners. Ryan was initially drawn to SERVPRO Team Doyle for the reputation of helping people during stressful situations, especially during large-scale reconstruction projects. In his free time, he enjoys racing ATVs and dirt bikes!

Troy Reppert joined SERVPRO in January of 2026, bringing a strong background in warehouse operations to his role as Warehouse Supervisor for Logistics. His expertise includes managing inbound and outbound shipments, forklift operation, and general inventory quality assurance, allowing him to maintain a highly efficient and organized facility. Troy is forklift certified, possesses a strong foundation in workplace safety having previously held OSHA 10 and OSHA 40 certifications, and honed his logistics skills during his time at Uline, the Welder Training and Testing Institute, and SunOpta. Known as a true "people person," Troy was inspired to join the team by his passion for helping others whenever he can. He takes great pride in keeping the warehouse a clean, presentable, and proud environment for the whole team. He especially enjoys working on customer pack-back projects, finding it incredibly rewarding to protect families' belongings from damage and return them as if the disaster never even happened. Outside of work, Troy loves spending time playing with his two children and enjoying video games with his friends.
