After a minor dishwasher leak turned into a more significant problem, SERVPRO was there the next morning after we contacted our insurance agency and spent several days ensuring that our kitchen and basement did not receive any ill effects from the water damage. You just finished clean up after our sewer line overflowed into our 1/2 bathroom and family room. I wanted to compliment the folks you sent to help do the demo, clean up, and dry out of the space. They were a friendly hardworking group who were also understanding and accommodating of my allergy issues that could have been triggered by some of the clean up process. Chris headed up the job and was especially patient with my questions and explaining the process. I was having difficulty finding a local contractor who does concrete polishing and Chris also shared a contact for a contractor I wouldn't have been able to find otherwise. Thanks for being there and doing what you do to make an unfortunate situation better.
