SERVPRO of Nantahala was great and would definitely use again - though I obviously hope to never go through this again. We had a lower level dehumidifier malfunction in a second home which caused flooding and water damage to the engineered hardwood floors. SERVPRO responded rapidly and were out the next morning (it was a Sunday). They pulled up the flooring, set up fans and dehumidifiers and were incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. They were very good about staying in touch and working with me concerning insurance coverage. We would have used them for the remediation except we were working with a designer and changing other things which were beyond the scope of the flooded area. This is a well run company and would highly recommend them. Kad was great, as was Glenda.
Could not have asked for anything better. Waking up to water in my basement and having no idea why was extremely stressful. I called SERVPRO and they had a team out within 2 hours and immediately went to work. They were extremely professional and did a fabulous job. Something that was above and beyond was the way they spoke to me and how kind and apologetic they were that I was going through this whole situation. As people who see this stuff everyday, I’m sure it’s easy to want to just get in and get the job done, but they took the time to communicate what was going on and gave me a lot of options of what they thought could be causing my issues. I hired SERVPRO after a flood in my home. I actually hired them to take over the water mitigation and repair after a different local company botched the job and couldn’t organize subcontractors to do the work. Rex at SERVPRO came right in the day I called and took the project in hand. He finished the water mitigation and got the work done smoothly and in a good time. He was very organized, responsive, and professional as a project manager. Now my house looks better than it did before the disaster. I’m glad I called them.

This company saved our 4th of July family vacation. We had a house full with 10 people and five dogs. The carpet in one of the bedrooms was saturated. I called the owner at 7:30 am and he immediately sent his crew to my house. They were very thorough and professional and did a great job. They also went into our crawl space to see if they could determine what caused the water. That was going above and beyond!!
After a flood damaged our vacation home 12 hours away we were referred to SERVPRO of Nantahala by our insurance adjuster. I will say, I was quite nervous having to coordinate this thing from 660 miles away. SERVPRO assigned Rex O’Neal to my job and the rest is history. Rex’s performance Was unprecedented- his communication and follow up was terrific as was SERVPRO. Highly highly recommend them- arguably best contractors I have ever used.
I had water damage at my house in Marble, NC. The mitigation crew from SERVPRO of Nantahala did an excellent job of evaluating the damage and managing the cleanup. Rex and his SERVPRO repair crew then stepped in and completed the flooring, drywall, and insulation work. Rex was extremely responsive and kept me updated on the progress. The repairs were complete and excellent. They performed a thorough final clean and moved all the furniture back in place. My downstairs looks better than before the water damage! I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if necessary.
