Water was leaking from upstairs to my downstairs ceiling through the air conditioning vent and on the floor flooding it. I called SERVPRO in a huge panic and they came out immediately, investigated the leak, took apart the ceiling and dried everything until it could be repaired. There was a smooth communication with the insurance company. Everything was clearly stated to me. All repair work was coordinated and supervised by an efficient project manager. So happy they were around when I needed them.
The SERVPRO team responded quickly on a weekend to mitigate the water damage to our newly renovated living room. For that, my wife and I are grateful.
