Rex coordinated the endeavor and procured excellent people for each specialty needed: Removing damaged furniture, carpet, flooring and installing dryers, laying new carpeting, re-finishing hardwood floors, painting, dry wall, etc. Literally ALL people involved were courteous, timely, and excellent in their craft. Our completed floors done by Chet Williamson of Franklin looked better than when they were first installed! Additionally, Rex coordinated with our insurance company and went over all the paper work with us to check and double check everything. We wanted our lower floor carpeted stairs to match our new carpet so they provided that for us at an extra charge, which we appreciated very much. You can NOT go wrong with SERVPRO of Nantahala.
