As a result of a "mixing valve" in our upstairs shower breaking, our Bryson City, NC home sustained three floors of damage to ceilings, floors (carpet and hard wood), walls, and furniture. Our home insurance company highly recommended SERVPRO of Nantahala for our restoration and said they had very good experience in working with them. SERVPRO was at our home within hours. Rex coordinated the endeavor and procured excellent people for each specialty needed: Removing damaged furniture, carpet, flooring and installing dryers, laying new carpeting, re-finishing hardwood floors, painting, dry wall, etc. Literally ALL people involved were courteous, timely, and excellent in their craft. Our completed floors done by Chet Williamson of Franklin looked better than when they were first installed! Additionally, Rex coordinated with our insurance company and went over all the paper work with us to check and double check everything. We wanted our lower floor carpeted stairs to match our new carpet so they provided that for us at an extra charge, which we appreciated very much. You can NOT go wrong with SERVPRO of Nantahala. Some of the best folks it has been our pleasure to work with.

Water was leaking from upstairs to my downstairs ceiling through the air conditioning vent and on the floor flooding it. I called SERVPRO in a huge panic and they came out immediately, investigated the leak, took apart the ceiling and dried everything until it could be repaired. There was a smooth communication with the insurance company. Everything was clearly stated to me. All repair work was coordinated and supervised by an efficient project manager. So happy they were around when I needed them.
The SERVPRO team responded quickly on a weekend to mitigate the water damage to our newly renovated living room. For that, my wife and I are grateful. They were also very professional and did an excellent job repairing the damage. Rex, Frank and the SERVPRO team went above and beyond to make it “Like it never even happened.”
Cad is absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the business and very friendly to the customer and willing to go the extra mile to help the customer. We used SERVPRO because of the knowledge and professionalism from Cad. I would certainly recommend using this company for any of your needs if you want it head and old and a professional manner.
