I write today to tell you of the excellent service we recently received to dry, humidify, remove ruined building materials, and pack up our belongings until repair could be finished.

They were there promptly at 9 AM following the day it was discovered flooded and tirelessly. They were "nice" and efficient and did a great job.  (An upstairs bathroom had 2 pipes that burst and there was a lot of flooding that took place.)

Last Thursday they returned our belongings.  I was impressed with the attention to detail they had exhibited in packing up things.  The men that brought things back were excellent examples of your workforce, also.
