But most of all the fact he was able to come out so quickly on a holiday.
This company and its crew made a devastating situation tolerable. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They took control and that was comforting. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but it's nice to know I can depend on them if I do.

Unfortunately my husband and I came home from church to a flooded living kitchen and room. Amazing how much damage one little pipe can do in a few hours. Our neighbor recommended the local SERVPRO Salem. The men arrived within two hours on a Sunday, explained everything and worked until it was dark. In a few days it was dry and ready for us to rebuild. We can't thank you enough.
Billy was fantastic to work with. He kept us informed throughout the entire mitigation process and was extremely professional in his conduct. John came out the first night to help clean out debris and start the dry out process. Although there were others there helping that night, John stood apart in his impressive professionalism.
