Our History

SERVPRO has been serving customers on the North Shore since 1998. We have worked with tens of thousands of people through difficult times, including fires and floods, providing quality service and support with the goal of helping our customers return to their homes as quickly as possible.

SERVPRO hosts the annual Red Cross Blood Drive at our office in Salem, MA, drawing hundreds of people to give blood, which has helped meet the critical nationwide blood shortage.

As members of the Peabody and Salem Chambers of Commerce, we help promote local businesses and volunteer our time to support local charities. Our employees also participate in the Alzheimer’s Walk to raise money for research and increase awareness of the disease.
