Just a note to thank your organization for the restoration of my home.As my husband and I are both disabled to say this was an overwhelming experience is a great understatement. I just really felt the need to point out how your employee Mr. Ronnie Wilson, was beyond helpful, in every step of the way. He really made your Motto "IT WILL BE OKAY" actually OKAY! It is extremely hard to find a dedicated, hard working employee. Someone who will go above and beyond their job duties. Ronnie certainly did this and more! When Ronnie told me something, I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt, it was going to be done. But more importantly than even his work ethics was his compassion and respect for us and what we were going through. Due to your great job in restoring my home, and because of Ronnie's work ethics, compassion and just the way you made us feel it was going to be "OKAY"; I would not hesitate to recommend your organization to anyone in need of your services.Again, I want to thank your entire organization and Ronnie personally!

I just want to let you know how much we appreciated Jonathan and Emery today. They were amazing and did a wonderful job. We have a air sensor and every room tested bad. Christmas Eve...... Water Everywhere! You had Ronnie, Keith, Jonathon and Barbara onsite within 2 hours! It took all night & Christmas Day but your staff put our problem in front of their own families! That says a lot of how amazing this SERVPRO is.

Our History

Since opening our office in Lake City, Florida in 2006 we have been proud to become a member of this community.  On a business level as well as personally.  This is our home and we have created a wonderful staff to support us in making a difference on a professional and personal level.   We attempt to be involved in Columbia County events as well as Suwannee County and the other counties in our area.  One way was becoming a chamber member in 5 counties.  The other way is getting involved in charities, clubs and caring what happens around us and in our world today.   We hope our reputation as caring about what we do and where we live is evident in all that we do and support.

SERVPRO of Columbia and Suwannee Counties understands the stress and worry that comes with a fire or water damage and the disruption it causes your life and home or business. Our goal is to help minimize the interruption to your life and quickly make it "Like it never even happened."

Since opening we have been involved in multiple Storm events, traveling as far as Baltimore, New Hampshire, Chicago, Louisiana, Texas and so on.  All while maintaining our home work flow here in Lake City, Live Oak, Lake Butler and surrounding areas.  This is a task and our staff is amazing that we can do this while chipping in to help others.
