About Us
Our History
Since opening our office in Lake City, Florida in 2006 we have been proud to become a member of this community. On a business level as well as personally. This is our home and we have created a wonderful staff to support us in making a difference on a professional and personal level. We attempt to be involved in Columbia County events as well as Suwannee County and the other counties in our area. One way was becoming a chamber member in 5 counties. The other way is getting involved in charities, clubs and caring what happens around us and in our world today. We hope our reputation as caring about what we do and where we live is evident in all that we do and support.

Since opening we have been involved in multiple Storm events, traveling as far as Baltimore, New Hampshire, Chicago, Louisiana, Texas and so on. All while maintaining our home work flow here in Lake City, Live Oak, Lake Butler and surrounding areas. This is a task and our staff is amazing that we can do this while chipping in to help others.

Awesome service! From first contact to completion. Our project was a total home reconstruction from a fire and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything Servpro handled for us. Keith & Michael did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. They were on time, polite, friendly and very efficient. Obviously they knew what they were doing and they cleaned up after themselves. I Highly Recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service! It began with great customer service with admin assistant Catherine, and continued with Keith and Michael, the technicians. We arranged to have multiple dryer vent clean-outs in our community. Technicians were on time and courteous. I greatly appreciated their professionalism.
