Meet Our Team

Ronnie Wilson is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Columbia & Suwannee Counties. He has been with working with us since 2007 first part time and then full time. He has several years experience and has the following certifications. Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, SERVPRO Industries Water Technician, Fire Technician & Subrogation I

Keith has been with us since 2012 and is a certified crew chief and also certified with the IICRC for as a Water Removal Technician. We are happy to say he also has a degree in HVAC and handles all of our cleanings for duct work. He is the proud dad of two little boys.

Johnathon has been working here since Oct. 2016. He has been a great asset to this company. During hurricane work in 2016 at St. Augustine & 2017 in Lake City he supervised several crews while two of our main staff were out of town on other storm work. He has established training in water damages, fire damages, mold remediation and duct cleaning extensively and continues to move forward in this business.

Brian began with SERVPRO in September of 2020. He has worked in production since the beginning. He does everything from carpet cleaning, water damages, fire and mold remediation and also assists in our construction repairs side doing trim work and painting.

Johnny began with SERVPRO in April of 2022 as a production helper. He assists with fire damage cleaning, mold remediation as well as water damages and duct cleaning. He is also part of our on call staff for any after hours services needed.

Catherine was born and raised in the wild and wonderful state of West Virginia. She moved to Florida in 2018. She's a dedicated mother and wife. Catherine enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family. She joined our team as the office administrator in October 2023.

Greg serves as our Construction Manager where we preform repairs caused by water or fire damage. He is retired from the US Air Force where he served in the Civil Engineering field. He has an extensive background in construction and project management which is well suited to manage our construction department. SERVPRO of Columbia and Suwannee Counties is a fully licensed and accredited General Contractor in the State of Florida.

Heather is our Marketing Representative who is passionate about building lasting relationships and supporting the local community. Outside of work, Heather is a proud boy mom of two who cherishes spending time with her family, being out on the water, and unwinding with a great book. She believes that genuine relationships, hard work, and a positive attitude are the foundation of both personal and professional success.
